Mindset and Movement is a dynamic 1.5 hour workshop that seamlessly blends mindset coaching with the power of dance.

Being an adult beginner dance specialist I will take participants through fun, easy to follow dance moves designed to energise, uplift and enhance team dynamics. The choreography is thoughtfully created with all genders in mind, ensuring inclusivity and comfort for everyone involved.
